What They're Looking For.
Must Have
10 years of experience in B2B marketing and Business Development in a Professional Services or Consulting environment, Fundamentled understanding of the sales cycle in Professional Services, Comprehensive knowledge of the automotive industry, Proven track record in supporting client-facing teams in revenue generation through marketing and BD activities, Experience in leading and building high-performing marketing teams, Experience in international matrix organizations, Fluent German and English (written and spoken), Proven experience in multi-channel campaign management, Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Nice to Have
Knowledge of digital platforms and growing experience with AI tools
What You'll Do.
Develop and implement Business Development and Marketing strategies for A&I in EMEA
Lead the EMEA A&I Marketing team
Develop and implement an A&I-specific marketing plan for EMEA
Ensure a consistent 'One Firm' appearance
Utilize management information for decision-making
Ensure clear and differentiated positioning of both brands
Develop and implement the annual marketing plan for A&I EMEA
Manage PR and media activities in EMEA
and execution of client-relevant A&I events
Lead and develop the EMEA A&I Marketing team
Manage budget planning
and reporting for A&I in EMEA
Ensure correct data maintenance in the CRM system
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Build close working relationships with PMDs and Partners of the global A&I team; Collaborate with A&I Marketing colleagues worldwide; Work closely with global A&I leadership; Liaise with Marketing teams in the USA and APAC; Work closely with the Head of EMEA Marketing & BD; Daily exchange with Partner Managing Directors (PMDs) and Partners in the region; Close collaboration with BD & Marketing colleagues in other countries and regions; Collaboration with Practice Management, BIC, and Finance; Coordination with the USA and APAC
Communication Scope
Strong communication skills; Communication skills towards senior stakeholders and external partners
