OUR GRADUATE PROGRAM Graduate Program trainees will be exposed to the fundamental components of global agriculture and food value chains. Our program is designed to provide a strong basis for a commercial role within the physical commodity business, and to identify and develop talented individuals who have the desire to become active players in the company. Through a combination of structured training, informal on-the-job learning, regular check-ins and inspiring coaches, participants experience different areas of our business. You will contribute to a variety of projects, building the skills and expertise you need for a diverse, challenging, and exciting career at LDC. OBJECTIVE & STRUCTURE Our Graduate Program is designed to launch, support, and accelerate your career. The objective is to help you develop a broad understanding of the company and its diverse activities, and to provide opportunities for you to build your network across several areas. The Graduate program at LDC is a 3-phase process: Phase 1 - Build business experience and skills: Graduate Trainee for 18 months During this period, you will work within one of our products platforms (Coffee, Cotton, Freight, Grains & Oilseeds, or Rice), covering areas on execution, trading and marketing.
