What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering, Minimum 8-10 years of progressive experience in MEP engineering management, Proven track record of directly managing engineering teams and coordinating multiple vendors across regional or multi-site portfolios, Technical knowledge of building MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing, fire protection, BMS/controls, and life safety systems, Comprehensive understanding of European regulations, codes, and engineering standards governing MEP operations across multiple jurisdictions, Exceptional leadership and people management skills, Commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships at a regional level, Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills, Proactive problem-solving approach, Proficiency in computer software programs including Microsoft Office, CAFM systems, and engineering management platforms

Nice to Have

Experience within the real estate, facility management, or commercial property sectors, Professional certifications such as Chartered Engineer (CEng), CIBSE membership, or equivalent
