What They're Looking For.

Must Have

3-5+ years software sales closing experience, Proven experience managing complex sales cycles, Proven experience navigating competitive landscapes, Proven experience closing business with mid-to-large-sized corporate customers, Fluency in English

Nice to Have

Fluency in another European language, Expertise in maintaining clean Salesforce hygiene, Comfortable utilizing sales engagement tech stacks, Organizational skills, Skilled at navigating competitive sales environments

Act as trusted advisor to clients

Create business value across multiple personas

Close sales opportunities

Proactively identify and pursue new corporate leads

Generate and close new pipeline

Tailor prospect engagements

Conduct product demos

and grow existing corporate accounts

Expand Lucid adoption into new departments

Ensure high renewal rates

Ensure ongoing user engagement

Ensure continuous business value

Develop and maintain expert knowledge of Lucid suite

Understand competitive landscape

Share market insights with teams

Maintain meticulous CRM hygiene
