What They're Looking For.
Must Have
7+ years of experience spanning change management and either strategy consulting or corporate transformation in complex organizational environments, Demonstrated experience delivering change management on EPM, ERP, or SaaS platform adoption, understanding of finance processes (budgeting, forecasting, consolidation) is required, Proven ability to contribute to post go-live governance design (CoE models, operating model design, process ownership frameworks) not just adoption plans, Track record of senior stakeholder engagement at CFO/VP Finance level, including executive alignment sessions and steering committee facilitation, Certified or actively pursuing certification in Prosci/ADKAR or ACMP (CCMP), a structured methodology background is expected, Experience building structured, reusable practice assets frameworks, assessment tools, training curricula that scale beyond individual delivery, Full professional proficiency in English and French is mandatory, Comfortable operating with autonomy in a fast-moving SaaS, able to manage concurrent client engagements with limited supervision
Nice to Have
additional European languages are a plus, Strategy consulting background (Big 4, Tier-1/Tier-2 firms) is a significant plus
