What You'll Do.

Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing and procurement activities across all IFM service lines for a designated client account

Manage the full RFP lifecycle

including bid analysis

Develop and implement country and regional sourcing plans

Collaborate with Account Directors

Regional and Site Facilities Managers

and Operations teams to scope and prioritise the services to be procured

Build and develop the supply chain to meet evolving client needs

Manage framework relationships with JLL preferred suppliers

Ensure suppliers are qualified and onboarded in line with JLL's compliance

and contracting standards

Embed sustainability and D&I priorities into the account's sourcing strategy

Provide transition support for new business

including supplier onboarding

and ensuring policies and procedures remain current and locally relevant

Deliver monthly and quarterly reporting on KPIs
