operational awareness and understanding of the JLL delivery and customer needs in each of the client facilities supported by JLL Integrated Facilities Management, understanding and offer guidance to local FM’s in terms of soft and hard services and technical repairs, provide guidance to FM’s in terms of managing local vendors, Ensuring statutory and local regulatory pharmaceutical compliance relating to all aspects of service delivery at all facilities in region

What You'll Do.

Support the portfolio strategy in region

Support and actively contribute to the strategy per asset/country

Support the JLL Account Director to drive EMEA wide initiatives

Support the delivery of FM operations across the portfolio

Promote high level of satisfaction among client users

Demonstrate leadership

giving direction and mentoring the JLL teams

Provide support to JLL FM’s with Building Management Systems

Ensure statutory and local regulatory pharmaceutical compliance

Act as go-to person in relation to coordination

Ensure all contractual deliverables are actioned

Support Sustainability goals across all facilities

attract and retain a team of top talented

Improve team performance through regular coaching

Assist the client with the development of the property budgets

Participate in monthly Governance and QBR

Whether you’ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you’re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward. * Having an operational awareness and understanding of the JLL delivery and customer needs in each of the client facilities supported by JLL Integrated Facilities Management. * Supporting the portfolio strategy in region with active management of critical dates per asset * Supporting and actively contributing to the strategy per asset/country in collaboration with the global portfolio lead * Supporting the JLL Account Director to drive EMEA wide initiatives in terms of Engineering Service Delivery, Compliance Management, Asset Management, Energy and Sustainability, Client First Interface and delivery of the Annual Account Plan. * Supporting the delivery of FM operations across the portfolio in terms of contract delivery, health and safety, engineering services, legislative compliance, contractor management, promoting sustainability, adding value and driving innovation * Promoting high level of satisfaction among client users and reinforcing prompt response and customer service focused delivery * Demonstrating leadership, giving direction and mentoring the JLL teams across the portfolio to promote engagement, customer service excellence and aligned delivery across all service lines * Providing support to JLL FM’s with Building Management Systems, PPM Schedules, Task System, EHS and Quality Compliance * Ensuring statutory and local regulatory pharmaceutical compliance relating to all aspects of service delivery
