work 6 days on and 4 days off, rotating between day shifts (7: 00 am – 3: 00 pm), (3: 00 pm - 11: 00 pm) and night shifts (11: 00 pm – 7: 00 am), flexible to work on weekends and public holidays as required by the shift rota

Must Have
Must be eligible to work in the UK
Nice to Have
Experience with PSOC tools, including mass notification systems (e.g. Everbridge, Vismo), security platforms (e.g. Genetec, CCURE, ProWatch) and social media monitoring (e.g. Dataminr, Navigator), Prior military or law enforcement experience, First Aid qualification
What You'll Do.
Provide continuous 24/7 monitoring and management of security operations
access control and door alarms
Monitor clients’ business travellers using global tracking tools to support the travel security program
Provide security assistance
and serve as the security concierge for employees
Conduct routine patrols of the building and assist with escorting visitors as needed
Assist with the creation of temporary and permanent badges for employees
and contractors and ensure those badges have the appropriate accesses to our space
Respond to any calls from staff needing medical assistance
Assist first responders
and medical and law enforcement personnel as necessary
and access points are secured on a regular basis
reporting any hazardous conditions to security management
Follow the client’s escalation procedures to notify security management of any critical incidents
or technical failures
Create accurate communication logs by reporting incidents in dedicated case management databases
Utilise geographic information systems to ascertain potential risk and incidents that occur in the vicinity of the client’s assets
Aid investigations by utilising data and information available in sensitive security databases
Facilitate the dissemination of information to mobilize the necessary resources to ensure that regional staff can mitigate immediate risks and incidents
