Experience with RMF artifacts and workflows, Experience with NIST SP 800‑53 control baselines, POA&Ms, STIGs, and inheritable or common controls, Experience coordinating with eMASS Tier II and participating in CCBs, Experience sustaining Common Control Provider (CCP) packages and annual renewals with SCA, Experience with Joint Staff processes business rules, Experience providing support to CCMD eMASS local administrators and large multi‑organization eMASS user communities, TS/SCI clearance, Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or Information Technology

eMASS System Administrator **The Opportunity:** Join the team as the primary administrator for the Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS). You’ll serve as the day‑to‑day point of contact for more than 1,000 users across our client space, operating as eMASS administrator supporting the RMF system of record. You’ll coordinate with stakeholders across the RMF lifecycle, sustain common control provider packages, manage accounts and elevated privileges, and keep instance artifacts and knowledge sources current so mission partners can move systems through authorization efficiently. **What You’ll Work On:** * Serve as the eMASS System Administrator for client owned and operated instances and perform all duties in an administrative user role. * Coordinate meetings, discussions, and briefings with the Security Control Assessor (SCA) and stakeholders across RMF activities such as system registration, account requests, training, and inheritable controls. * Represent client equities at the quarterly eMASS Configuration Control Board (CCB) as a non‑voting member and capture and upload meeting minutes to the team’s shared repository. * Provide Tier I support to eMASS users and triage and respond to requests. * Engage eMASS Tier II Help Desk and entities to support service interruptions, upgrades, outages, enhancement requests, and RMF Knowledge Service requirements. * Manage the instance parent and child organizational structure including adding, removing, realigning organizations and transferring associated systems per direction. * Collect, review, and maintain System Account Access Request packages and verify organization assignment and completion of required eMASS and annual DoD Cyber Awareness training. * Provide templates, review completeness, and track Reciprocity User requests. * Approve, monitor, and deactivate user accounts and elevated privileges across eMASS instances and promptly deactivate users upon departure. * Maintain and sustain eMASS Common Contro
