THE ROLE As the Manager, Email Security Architecture, you will lead a team of Email Security Architects responsible for customer onboarding, detection tuning, operational excellence, threat investigation, and strategic customer guidance. This is a highly cross-functional leadership role that sits at the intersection of security operations, customer success, solutions architecture, product, and engineering. You will help define how customers deploy and operationalize Doppel Email Security while serving as a critical feedback loop between the field and our product organization. You will be responsible for building scalable processes, developing team talent, driving customer outcomes, and helping shape the future direction of Doppel's Email Security platform.
