What You'll Achieve.
Ensure all client touchpoints are efficient, data-driven, and brand-aligned; Improve client experiences and internal efficiency; Ensure timely communication and follow-up; Capture leads and event registrations; Ensure smooth integration with CRM and analytics tools; Ensure consistency with brand guidelines

Ability to work within core US business hours / time zone expectations - Eastern Standard Time (EST) overlap, Working Hours: 8 Hours (Excluding breaks) 4 Core US Hours Overlap (7:30pm- 11:30pm IST) 4 flexible hours (IST), Workspace: A quiet space to work, an internet connection of at least 30 Mbps download | 10 Mbps upload
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field, 2+ years of experience in CRM management and email marketing, Proficiency with major CRM and marketing automation platforms, analytical skills with experience in data management and reporting, Familiarity with email authentication, deliverability, and compliance standards, Proven experience working with US based business teams, Excellent written and communication skills, both English and Hindi, Ability to work within core US business hours / time zone expectations - Eastern Standard Time (EST) overlap
Nice to Have
Experience in event marketing or client journey automation, Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email and landing page customization, Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar)
