What They're Looking For.
Must Have
4+ years of experience executing email marketing campaigns, including strategy, briefing, deployment, and post-send analysis, Proven experience with enterprise-level ESPs such as Inflection, Intercom, or Marketo, Ability to translate complex data sets into actionable insights and weekly performance reports, Working knowledge of HTML/CSS in email environments to troubleshoot rendering issues, Experience managing a high-volume promotional calendar while balancing brand equity and conversion goals, attention to detail and commitment to QA processes, including broken-link checks and mobile rendering validation, Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset

Monitor sender reputation
and ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM
Collaborate with Design and Copy teams to maintain brand voice consistency
Partner with Data teams to ensure seamless API and CRM integrations
