Key Responsibilities: Continuous Improvement & Lean Sigma: * Lead ELS strategy using Kaizen, VSM and root cause analysis. * Identify process inefficiencies and create improvement roadmaps aligned with site KPIs. * 5S, Standard Work deployment and waste-reduction initiatives. * Support daily operational reviews and drive corrective actions using data insights. * Track key performance metrics such as UEE, flexibility, reliability, scrap rate and downtime.
