1+ years commercial CO2 refrigeration applications experience, Refrigeration Trade School certificate, Knowledge of AutoCAD, VBA, and SQL at intermediate level, Knowledge of Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) programs, Knowledge of performance metrics, Experience working with and managing third party vendors, Experience with Six Sigma, lean manufacturing, Experience with Six Sigma tools and Lean techniques, Experience communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences, Experience in Amazon RME or fulfillment operations, Experience with retrofits, launches, or automation deployments, Experience building launch readiness frameworks
