Join us and contribute to the production of nutritious products that are distributed across North America, going beyond our customer expectations, and helping to nourish communities. **Key Responsibilities** * Must be able to perform all tasks in a safe and responsible manner * Perform opening, unloading, and closing of barges, railcars and trucks * Demonstrate the ability to operate a bobcat safely in close quarters * Demonstrate the ability to operate a trackmobile/shuttle wagon * Assist other employees cleaning bins, boots, large spills, and chokes * Demonstrate the ability to operate the barge and rail unloading systems * Sanitation duties as assigned * Perform all other duties assigned by supervisor **Physical Requirements and Working Conditions (with or without reasonable accommodation)** * Must be able to ascend and descend stairs, multiple times per day * Climb ladder, step and extension * Able to lift to 50 pounds and exert 20 pounds of force * Frequently stand, walk, rotate, bend/stoop, twist, crouch, kneel, balance and reach at shoulder level and below shoulder level * Ability to perform physical job duties which may include bending, lifting up to 50 lbs., kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting safely, with or without a reasonable accommodation * Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), including a dust mask * Ability to work in elevated areas (4 feet and above) Team members must be clean shaven in order to perform tasks where respiratory protection is required and the use of a respirator (including N-95 dust mask) requires a proper
