Bachelor's degree, Active state teaching license, Ability to clear required background check

Experience working with proposed age group, Experience supporting adults and children in the use of technology, Experience teaching in an online (virtual) and/or in a brick-and-mortar environment, Experience with online learning platforms, Ability to work collaboratively with other teachers, Receptive to receiving coaching regularly, Ability to embrace change and adapt, Ability to maintain teacher certification/professional development hours, Fluency in K12 systems, programs and curriculum

Personalize learning for all students
Differentiate instruction based on student level
Augment course content
Make student placement decisions
Make promotion decisions
Alert administrators to concerns
Prepare students for standardized tests
Establish and maintain positive rapport with families
Communicate with students and learning coaches
Respond to students and learning coaches
Support parents with curricular issues
Support parents with instructional issues
Support parents with basic troubleshooting
