Nice to Have
ESD Association Program Manager certification, Certified TR53 Technician, Knowledge of ANSI/ESD S20. 20, Experience with project and program management, Lean manufacturing experience, technical writing and verbal communication experience, Ability to present ideas and information to senior leaders, Solid ability to work in teams, collaborate with peers and internal customers, Ability to learn new processes quickly, effectively multi-task
What You'll Do.
Define ESD control program requirements
Create detailed instructions for ESD protection
Create directive documentation for operators
Advise factory management on suspect hardware
Provide ESD safeguarding advice
Test and qualify ESD materials
Develop training for ESDS areas
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Interact and coordinate with other ESD SMEs; Teaming with production, quality and engineering personnel; Participating in ESD committees and teams; Collaborating with other ESD SMEs
Communication Scope
technical writing and verbal communication; ability to present ideas and information to senior leaders
