While we might not be the largest company in our industry, we believe we can have the biggest impact because: Together We Have the Power to Win. # **Role Summary** The Electronics Test Technician supports the development, validation, and manufacturing of Waterpik products by performing hands-on testing, troubleshooting, and repair of electronic systems, subassemblies, and devices. The Electronics Test Technician will help design tests to improve product reliability. This role works closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to ensure reliable, compliant, and high-quality electronic designs from prototype builds through production support. # # **Role Accountabilities and Responsibilities** * Build, modify, and repair electronic prototypes, fixtures, and production units using schematics and work instructions. * Perform functional and electrical testing on PCBAs, power systems, motors, sensors, and embedded electronics. * Troubleshoot electronic hardware failures at the component, board, and system level. * Differentiate user-induced damage from manufacturing and design issues. * Support Engineering, Quality, and Customer Care with field failure insights (IPC-A-610, J-STD-001 workmanship) * Assist with development of work instructions and test procedures. * Support compliance activities related to product safety standards. * Document findings, test results, and corrective actions. # # **Operating Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities** * Under
