Full Job Description
**TSC** is seeking a highly motivated and skilled **Electronics Technician** to support our customer in **Washington, DC.** The ideal candidate will be a hands-on technician with a strong background in communications equipment, RF technology and electronics. This candidate must be a self-starter and self-motivated, able to work collaboratively with others but also with general/minimal guidance and oversight at times. The technician must have a strong background in assembly, testing, troubleshooting, integration, and maintenance of advanced communication systems. You will have the opportunity to work onsite alongside other technicians, engineers and professionals at various customer locations, collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams in a fast-paced and challenging environment. You will have the opportunity to work with advanced equipment, tools and technologies to support both legacy and new communications systems across many areas of support, to include the following: * Assembly & Maintenance: Assemble and configure electronics and communications systems according to specifications, Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and upgrades on equipment and antennas, Create and maintain detailed documentation for all work to systems. * Testing & Troubleshooting: Execute comprehensive test plans and procedures for RF and electronic systems, Identify, troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner, often in urgent and high-priority scenarios. Document issues, test results and corrective actions accurately. * Integration Support: Support integration of new systems and components into existing infrastructure, Perform routine maintenance and upgrades on communications equipment and antenna systems. * Customer & Team Interaction: Work closely with a small and highly effective team to support various customers in understanding their needs to provide technical support and meet their requirements, Collaborate with multi-disciplinary engineering teams to ensure project su
