Must Have
Proficiency in troubleshooting to the component level, Interpreting schematics, Using tools like voltmeters, Using oscilloscopes, Using Hi-Pot meters, Basic computer skills, Knowledge of manufacturing processes, PR Certification must be obtained within the probationary period
Nice to Have
Experience in manufacturing, Self-directed teaming environments, Lean manufacturing knowledge, Familiarity with IPC-A-610 standards
