What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum of 5 years of experience in electronic sign service, electronics repair, electrical troubleshooting, or related technical field, Ability to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation, Experience using electronic testing equipment such as multimeters and oscilloscopes, Ability to troubleshoot, repair, test, and program electronic components, LED systems, power supplies, and display equipment, Adequate computer and technology skills, including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Windows-based systems, internet navigation, and the ability to learn software and programming platforms, Ability to learn and effectively use internal company systems such as NetSuite, Workday, and other business software tools, Great communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members, organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and as part of a team, Ability to obtain and maintain a valid medical card if required, Ability to lift and move materials and equipment up to 75 pounds and work outdoors, at heights, and in varying weather conditions, Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and perform a variety of tasks as needed, Pass a pre-hire drug test
Nice to Have
