Role description: Ubiquiti Riga office is looking for an Electronics Hardware Engineer who shares our passion for innovation and technology and desire to do something extraordinary. You will participate in hardware design and hardware design audits/validations for UniFi products, like Ethernet Switches, Gateway routers, Access Points and Cameras with worldwide impact. Working closely with our R 5+ years of hands-on experience in consumer electronics/embedded systems design, prototype, bring up, debugging, functional verification and NPI support, DFx (Design for cost, test, manufacturing) experience; Experience in a related role with experience in system (hardware) designs and leading a design team; Experience with analog and digital circuit design using Cadence OrCAD, Allegro, PADS, or equivalent; Electrical engineering or design experience in one or more of these areas: SOCs/MCUs, Power Management and DC/DC power circuit design, PoE, RF fundamentals, etc; Knowledge of processor architecture, digital circuit design, and various communications protocols such as I2C, UART, SPI, Ethernet and USB etc; Knowledge of developing robust designs in one or more of these areas: ESD, EMI immunities, Surge, RF Desense; Experience with compliance regulations; Ability to be hands-on in the lab and want to be in the details (soldering, oscilloscopes,
