We are seeking to hire an Electronics Engineering (m/f/d) within the electronics team to enable Quantum technologies. Passionate about helping create technologies which can change the world? What You’ll Accomplish: * Take responsibility for the hardware system design, and realisation of a complex, large-scale electronics control system. * Design, build and test electronic products using your skills of analogue and digital circuit design together with industry-standard CAD packages and test equipment. * Write the documentation of your electronics circuits and verification tests. * Develop your experience in a broad range of electronics engineering subject areas. * Maintain the multidisciplinary collaboration with mechanical engineers, software engineers, and physicists, working towards a common goal. * Play a key role in building control systems for quantum computers. * Maintain UQs’ position of using state-of-the-art electronics solutions. * Help in the planning and scheduling of projects, reporting progress and issues. * Engage with project planning activities, risk management, and scheduling requirements. * Help with fast turnaround proof of concepts and feasibility discussions. * Develop a thorough understanding of the firmware and software used to control quantum computers. **Requirements** **The 3 Most Critical Attributes We’ll Use to Compare Candidates:** 1.
