What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline, 2+ years of experience in electronics design, sustaining engineering, or board‑level support roles, Demonstrated hands‑on experience debugging PCBAs and electronic sub‑systems, Solid foundation in analog and digital circuit design principles, Effective written and verbal communication ability to work in a global, cross‑functional environment

Partner with external vendors to support engineering validation and turn‑key manufacturing solutions, Design, sustain, and troubleshoot printed circuit boards (PCBs), power supplies, and electronic test fixtures, Interpret and apply engineering requirements and specifications at the board and sub‑system levels, Perform failure analysis and root‑cause investigations for analog, digital, and mixed‑signal electronics, Conduct hands‑on PCBA debugging using laboratory equipment (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, DMMs, etc. ), Independently troubleshoot board‑level and sub‑system issues with moderate technical ownership, Contribute to sustaining engineering activities, including corrective actions, ECO execution, and manufacturability improvements, Collaborate with global cross‑functional teams (systems, software, manufacturing, service, supply chain) to resolve technical issues, Create and maintain engineering documentation, including schematics, ECOs, test procedures, and sustaining updates, Communicate technical findings, risks, and project status to stakeholders and management
