What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Current active US Government Secret Security Clearance, High School graduate or recognized equivalent (GED), minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in electronics, test, assembly, or manufacturing/production, Experience in electrical assembly and wiring, Soldering of PC boards, Experience reading drawings and wiring diagrams, Able to work 1st shift or 2nd shift, Capable of successfully completing basic solder certification, Visual acuity test, In-house skills training
Nice to Have
Ability to read/understand electrical schematics or engineering drawings, Previous assembly experience, AA Degree, SAP or other ERP/MRP System experience, Circuit card assembly and rework experience, Mechanical assembly and repair experience
What You'll Do.
Obtain necessary information
Solder electrical/electronic and mechanical equipment
Read and interpret schematics
Perform point-to-point assembly
Perform wiring using harness boards
Install mechanical parts
Perform electrical/electronic and mechanical assembly tasks
Lay out and construct harness boards
Form wiring and cables
Mix and apply bonding components
Perform product finishing functions
Maintain proper certifications
Use and operate hand tools
Use and operate assembly equipment
Use and operate safety equipment
Understand function of electrical/electronic parts
Understand function of mechanical parts
Work closely with other personnel
Attend company sponsored training courses
