What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Electronic Warfare systems engineering, preferably within the aerospace or defense industry, understanding of EW principles, including Electronic Support Measures (ESM), Electronic Countermeasures (ECM), Electronic Protection (EP), and Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), Proficiency in radar theory, RF propagation, antenna design, and digital signal processing (DSP) concepts, Experience with EW system architectures, sensor technologies, and data fusion techniques, Hands-on experience with laboratory test equipment (spectrum analyzers, signal generators, oscilloscopes) and simulation tools, Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team, Must be eligible to obtain and maintain the required security clearance

What You'll Do.
Lead and participate in the full lifecycle of EW system development
from concept definition and requirements analysis to design
Develop detailed system architectures
and interface control documents for EW systems and subsystems
Perform trade studies and analyses to evaluate various EW technologies
and system configurations
Conduct performance analysis
and modeling of EW systems to assess effectiveness and optimize design
Participate in system-level testing
including ground testing
and operational evaluation
and troubleshoot issues as they arise
Generate technical documentation
and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
Stay abreast of emerging EW technologies
and industry trends to inform future system development
Contribute to proposals and bids for new EW programs and projects
