This is a hands‑on, senior technical role with influence across design, delivery, and support. **Key Responsibilities** * Scope, design, and engineer new security solutions * Design and deliver upgrades and system expansions * Act as on‑site Foreman for larger or more complex projects * Installation, programming, and commissioning of electronic security systems * Provide technical input and product support to BDMs and tender teams * Technical support to clients and internal stakeholders * Prepare detailed project documentation (cable schedules, config sheets, photos, etc.) * Complete project close‑out documentation (as‑builts, CAD drawings, asset updates, monitoring details) * Participate in an after‑hours on‑call roster * Preventative and reactive maintenance * Mentor and support junior technicians * Manage Health & Safety on assigne
