Must Have
New Zealand Government National Security Clearance at Secret level or above, Open and able to undertake travel across New Zealand and abroad as required, Proven experience delivering electronic security solutions in field environments, Strong, hands-on experience with CCTV systems, deployment, and support, Solid understanding of IT infrastructure and networking, Confident working directly with clients and stakeholders, Troubleshooting skills with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset, Bachelor of Information Technology (Network & Infrastructure Systems) or equivalent industry experience, Experience with API integrations and working alongside software development teams, Comfortable working across Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and related platforms
Nice to Have
Bosch, Gallagher, or comparable enterprise security platforms, Network and infrastructure administration certifications, Site Safe, Microsoft ecosystem certifications
What You'll Do.

Provide technical input and product support to BDMs and tender teams
Technical support to clients and internal stakeholders
Prepare detailed project documentation

Preventative and reactive maintenance
Mentor and support junior technicians
Manage Health & Safety on assigned projects
