Summary of Position The Electronic Resources and Outreach (ERO) Librarian manages the lifecycle of Lindell Library’s electronic resources and creates metadata and cataloging records for library resources in all formats. The ERO Librarian negotiates purchasing terms with suppliers and compiles usage data to assist with ongoing assessment of the library’s collections. This position is responsible for cataloging, including some original cataloging, and classification of the physical collection, and also serves as the library’s official liaison to the Schwartz School of the Arts. The ERO Librarian establishes and maintains positive working relationships with supervisors, colleagues, and subordinates throughout Lindell Library, Augsburg University, and the broader academic library community.
