Must Have
Associate degree in Electronics or related field, 5+ years electronics assembly, test, or repair experience, Read schematics, datasheets, work instructions, Experience with electronic test equipment, Proficiency with electronic and hand tools, Experience wiring and cabling rack assemblies, Working knowledge of IT infrastructure, Hands-on experience with networking equipment, Command-line proficiency in Linux, Ability to write or modify simple scripts, Written communication skills, Critical-thinking and problem-solving skills, Ability to multitask and prioritize, Interpersonal and communication skills

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Lab Technician to support the validation and repair of complex electronic and telecommunications systems. Working closely with electrical and mechanical engineers, the technician will test and troubleshoot electronic hardware, operate lab equipment, maintain calibration schedules, and help identify root causes of failures on field returns, pre-production and production units. This is a hands-on role ideal for a technically curious problem-solver who enjoys working across hardware, networking, and lab operations. ## Position Responsibilities Repair complex electronic and telecommunications equipment, diagnosing faults to the component level. Build, test, and document the performance of power supplies, RF boards, and other electronic assemblies in accordance with engineering instructions. Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and block diagrams. Perform fine-pitch surface-mount soldering and de-soldering, including BGA and other advanced packages, in accordance with IPC standards.
