We are looking for a highly skilled Legal Specialist with expertise in electronic discovery (eDiscovery) and forensic collections to join our legal team. This role will support NVIDIA’s global legal and compliance initiatives by managing electronic evidence, digital forensic examinations, and data collections for litigation, investigations, and regulatory matters! **What you 'll be doing:** * Engage with legal teams to provide technical support and assistance with technology and database systems. * Manage and coordinate electronic discovery processes in litigation, investigations, and regulatory inquiries. * Conduct forensic collections of digital evidence across various platforms and environments. * Collaborate with internal legal teams, IT, and external vendors (e.g., eDiscovery providers and outside counsel) throughout the eDiscovery process. * Provide guidance to eDiscovery architects for deployment of eDiscovery tools, including AI-powered tools. * Develop and implement procedures to manage digital evidence. * Keep up-to-date with evolving eDiscovery tools and forensic methodologies. **What we need to see:** * Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or Information Systems or equivalent experience. * At least 5 years’ experience in electronic discovery, digital forensics, or related legal technology fields. * Familiarity with eDiscovery platforms (e.g., Relativity, Exterro, Nuix) and forensic tools (e.g., EnCase, FTK, X-Ways) * Background with common email and document
