You will report to the Supervisor of Metrology and will have an onsite work schedule in East Aurora, NY. As an Electronic Calibration Technician, you'll play a critical role in maintaining the accuracy and performance of both commercial test equipment and custom-built Moog test consoles. Your work ensures safety, consistency, and excellence across our operations. **_As a Calibration Technician, you will:_** * Calibrate, maintain, and repair electronic test equipment to manufacturer specs or internal standards. * Perform calibrations following established procedures and help build documentation (photos, notes) when procedures don’t yet exist. * Review the daily schedule or service requests to keep calibration work on track and delivered on time. * Troubleshoot issues by performing fault isolation and interpreting symptoms with a logical, methodical approach. * Recommend improvements to enhance calibration processes, maintenance practices, and equipment reliability. * Provide insight into the design of calibration and maintenance aids and assist in gathering data for capital expenditure proposals. * Support initial calibration activities for first‑of‑its‑kind Measurement & Test Equipment (M&TE). * Mentor junior technicians, sharing your technical knowledge and expertise to build team capability. * Disassemble, repair/replace components, and reassemble equipment to verify restored accuracy and compliance. * Collab
