Otherwise, demonstrated ability to understand and apply all verbal, written and computer work instructions or training in English, and demonstrated ability to perform simple addition, subtraction, multiplication and division. * 3 years minimum experience as a production operator or equivalent As an Electronic Assembler, you will: * Work from complex drawings. * Perform inspection and test procedures. * Verify previous operation and own work completed per engineering drawings, planning and other work instructions. * Troubleshoot hardware problems to determine cause and recommend disposition options. * Demonstrate knowledge of documentation procedures related to manufacturing and quality of hardware. * Accessing electronic documentation and checking revisions. * Maintain Receiving records/documentation and job files as required. * Demonstrate leadership skills and abilities. * Assist in training / cross-training of others. * Participate in Continuous Improvement Process. * Follow written directions and have excellent attendance. * Solder, read from blueprints, and use microscopes. * Work with minimal supervision. * Perform other duties as assigned. * This job requires access to US export-controlled information.
