At Bath Fitter, our Electromechanical Technicians are the behind-the-scenes problem solvers keeping production moving safely and efficiently. From PLC programming and electrical diagnostics to fabrication and continuous improvement projects, this role is built for someone who loves hands-on technical work and takes pride in fixing, building, and improving equipment. 🔧 What You’ll Be Doing Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems Work with PLCs including Allen Bradley, Omron, and Mitsubishi Read and build ladder logic, wiring diagrams, and control panels Diagnose AC/DC motors, drives, relays, timers, thermocouples, and safety systems Perform welding, fabrication, machining, and equipment modifications Support continuous improvement initiatives across the plant Work independently with minimal supervision Help keep operations safe, efficient, and running at full speed 🛠 What We’re Looking For 4+ years of electromechanical or industrial maintenance experience Strong PLC troubleshooting and programming knowledge Experience with industrial electrical systems (120V–480V) Ability to read blueprints and wiring schematics MIG and stick welding experience preferred Strong troubleshooting mindset and ability to problem solve independently Someone proactive, dependable, and ready to jump in when challenges arise 💥 What’s In It For You?
