High School Diploma or GED, More than 3 years of experience in electronics, electro-mechanical and printed circuit board (PCB) assemblies, More than 3 years of experience in Electro-Mechanical assembly on high reliability products, More than 3 years of experience working with ESD, IPC J-STD-001 and IPC-A-610 standards, More than 3 years of experience with soldering, More than 3 years of experience reading blueprints, working with manufacturing plans, and reviewing instructions for aerospace manufacturing processes, Capable of lifting 20lbs or more on a frequent basis, Ability to stand and move (reach, bend, or stoop) to handle products for extended periods of time with only short breaks, U. S. Citizenship

More than 5 years of experience building a variety of component-level space products (e. g. avionics boxes, batteries, mechanisms, optics, printed circuit board assemblies, solar arrays, etc.), More than 3 years of experience using structures hand tools, test equipment, torque wrenches, dial indicators, micrometers, sheet metal brakes and sheers, More than 3 years of experience working in a Clean Room environment, More than 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment, IPC J-STD-001 and/or IPC-A-610 certification, More than 3 years of experience using basic Microsoft Office and office computing systems

The Electro-Mechanical Technician Senior will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks in support of manufacturing of space flight sub-systems and support equipment. This position’s internal job code is Electro-Mechanical Technician. Our team is currently hiring for grade 24. **_Position Responsibilities:_** * Electro-Mechanical assembly of PCB assemblies into product chassis * Assemble Electro-Mechanical assemblies by interpreting blueprints, engineering drawings and specifications, and written assembly, and standard operating procedures * Use precision calibrated tools – torque wrenches, micrometers and calipers * Perform visually inspect of Electro-Mechanical assemblies to drawings, engineering specifications, and written assembly, integration and test procedures * Ensure product quality and conformance to specifications * Document non-conformances and associated rework/repair * Soldering and reworking of through-hole and SMT components * Support conformal coat, masking, epoxy application and coating **This position is expected to be 100% onsite.
