Must Have
3-5 years of experience as an electro-mechanical technician, deeper understanding of electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, Ability to independently troubleshoot and repair complex electro-mechanical equipment, Proficiency in using test equipment such as oscilloscopes, electronic voltmeters, and precision measuring instruments, ability to read and interpret schematics, product drawings, and technical documentation, Excellent problem-solving, communication, and technical skills with a hands-on approach
Nice to Have
Experience in mentoring or training junior technicians, contributing to process improvements, Familiarity with quality control procedures, work instruction development, Exposure to custom automation equipment design and assembly in a manufacturing environment
What You'll Do.

Verifies dimensions and clearances of parts
Troubleshooting & repairing circuit boards
Troubleshooting other electronic and mechanical parts
Participate in improving work instructions
Train personnel in use of test equipment
Read dials or digital displays
Compare test results with specifications
Read and comprehended product drawings
Perform quality control check procedures
Maintains departmental technical documents
