## **Electrical Mechanical Technician (Automation Engineer Senior Analyst)** Help us power the future of pharmacy automation. In this role, you’ll combine technical expertise with problem-solving to keep critical systems running smoothly. You’ll work hands-on with advanced automation technologies while driving improvements that increase reliability and performance. If you enjoy troubleshooting, optimizing systems, and making a real operational impact, this role offers the opportunity to innovate and grow. ## **Responsibilities** * Maintain high-performing automation systems by executing preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance on electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic equipment * Diagnose and resolve complex issues across PLCs, robotics, controls, and electro-mechanical systems to minimize downtime and restore production quickly * Improve equipment reliability by monitoring performance trends and increasing Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) * Identify root causes of system issues and implement lasting solutions that enhance machine performance and consistency * Support continuous improvement by recommending and implementing equipment upgrades, modifications, and process enhancements * Conduct routine inspections and diagnostics to detect early signs of performance degradation and prevent failures * Document all maintenance activities, labor hours, and parts usage in CMMS (MAXIMO) to ensure accurate tracking and reporting * Partner with engineering, developers, and operations teams to improve system design and operational efficiency * Maintain readiness to support operations through on-call responsibilities and flexible scheduling ## **Required Qualifications** * High School diploma or equivalent * 0–2 years of hands-on experience working with automated or industrial electro-mechanical equipment * Experience troubleshooting PLCs, I/O systems, and field devices in a production or manufacturing environment * Ability to repair, adjust, and maintain mechanical an
