Perform routine maintenance on machines
Clean machines and machine parts
Remove and reinstall machine parts
Apply preventative measures to building
Fix potential safety hazards
Analyze mechanical problems
Analyze operational problems
Make necessary corrections
Make running adjustments
Test equipment for reliable operation
Test equipment for safe operation
Verify equipment operation after repairs
Verify equipment operation after changeovers
Verify equipment operation after downtime
Perform preventive maintenance checks
Perform preventive maintenance inspections
Report findings to supervisor
Take appropriate action on findings
Analyze spoilage causes
Take corrective action on defects
Notify supervisor of recurring malfunctions
Notify supervisor of quality problems
Notify supervisor of safety problems
Notify supervisor of supplies needed
Instruct maintenance trainees
Direct maintenance trainees
Perform paint upgrade work
