What They're Looking For.
Must Have
7+ years of experience as a Maintenance Tech III, Experience in a high-speed manufacturing or process industry environment, working knowledge of PLCs (Allen-Bradley/Rockwell preferred), HMIs, and VFD, Advanced proficiency with electrical test equipment (multimeters, meggars, oscilloscopes, power quality analyzers, thermal imaging), skills in reading blueprints & schematics for troubleshooting complex systems, Experience working with boilers, air compressors, and industrial production equipment, Thorough understanding of NEC, NFPA 70E, and OSHA electrical safety standard, Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces or at heights
Nice to Have
Allen-Bradley/Rockwell PLCs preferred, Familiarity with SCADA systems and industrial networking (Ethernet/IP, DeviceNet, Profibus)
What You'll Do.

Lead troubleshooting and repair of complex electrical faults across production equipment

Perform planned and corrective maintenance on high and low voltage electrical systems
Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on recurring equipment failures and implement permanent corrective actions
Lead and participate in equipment installations
and commissioning activities

Collaborate with engineers during capital projects
and process improvements
Serve as the lead technician on multi-day or multi-phase projects
