**Job Title** : Electrician Trainee **Department:** Electrical **Location** : Pine Bluff, AR **Reports To:** Maintenance Supervisor **FLSA Status:** Non-Exempt **About Central Moloney** Since 1949, Central Moloney has been building the transformers that keep the lights on across America. Literally — when you flip a switch, there's a good chance a CMI transformer made that happen. At our Pine Bluff facility, we don't just make critical equipment; we build careers. If you want to learn a skilled trade from people who've mastered it, this is where you do it. **Your Role:** This is where maintenance experience becomes a career. As an Electrician Trainee at CMI, you'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with electricians who've spent years mastering industrial power systems — and their job is to teach you everything they know. You'll put your hands on real equipment from day one: troubleshooting electrical systems, tackling mechanical repairs, and learning what it takes to keep a transformer plant running. If you've got a solid maintenance foundation and you're ready to specialize in a trade that pays, travels, and never goes out of demand — this is your way in. **Key Responsibilities:** * Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and production equipment. * Support general manufacturing maintenance activities, including preventive maintenance, mechanical repairs, and equipment upkeep across the facility. * Learn to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals. * Participate in hands-on training sessions guided by experienced electricians. * Observe and adhere to all safety regulations and company policies. * Support basic troubleshooting and repairs of electrical components under supervision. * Keep the work area clean and organized, ensuring tools and equipment are properly stored. * Document training and progress as directed by supervisors. * Perform additional duties as assigned to support maintenance and production needs. *
