We are seeking a skilled Residential Electrician or a graduate with an AS Degree in Electrical Construction and Maintenance, ready to elevate their career into the world of industrial electrical maintenance. This unique Electrician Development Program is designed for professionals with a strong electrical foundation who want to learn and work on industrial systems. You will work under the direct mentorship of a Moog Electrician, following a structured pathway with clear milestones to become a fully qualified Industrial Electrician. What You’ll Need to Bring To be considered for this developmental role, you must possess: * Education: Minimum High School diploma or GED * Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional electrician experience. * or AS Electrical Construction and Maintenance Degree (two-year degree). * Demonstrated proficiency in basic electrical theory, NEC and troubleshooting. * A strong desire to learn, a "safety-first" mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment. * The ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders/scaffolding, work at heights using manlifts, and work in tight/confined spaces. * You must be able to train on 1st shift before transitioning to your permanent 2nd shift assignment.
