High school diploma or equivalent, supplemented by completion of an approved electrician apprenticeship program or vocational training, Valid state or local electrician's license or certification as required by jurisdiction, Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience working as an electrician in commercial or industrial environments, Thorough knowledge of electrical systems, NEC requirements, and local electrical codes and regulations, Proficiency in using electrical testing equipment including multimeters, megohmmeters, and thermal imaging cameras, Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and safety, Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, work at heights on ladders and lifts, and perform tasks in confined spaces, Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Nice to Have

Journeyman or Master Electrician license, Experience with building automation systems (BAS), HVAC controls, and energy management systems, Knowledge of emergency power systems including generators and uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification, Experience working in occupied commercial office buildings, retail centers, or healthcare facilities, Familiarity with LED lighting systems and lighting control technologies, customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
