Must Have
Electrical and Multi Skilled, L8 (legionella awareness), IPAF (working at height), Logical thinker in fault finding situations, Excellent interpersonal skills, Good written and verbal communication skills, Able to work unsupervised, Self-motivated, Adaptable and flexible approach to work requirements, Willing to accept change, Customer focused, Willing to volunteer help
Nice to Have
City & Guilds Technical qualifications – Electrical, IOSH/NEBOSH qualification, Authorised Person – Electrical, Authorised Person – Mechanical, Authorised Person – Confined Spaces, Authorised Person – Working @ Height, Authorised Person – LOTO
What You'll Do.
Manage technical services
Support fabric maintenance
Ensure operational delivery
Execute planned maintenance
Execute reactive maintenance
Carry out fault finding
Repair building fabric
Perform preventative maintenance
Maintain engineering standards
Co-ordinate specialist subcontractors
Adhere to QA procedures
Adhere to site procedures
Maintain site records
Maintain site documentation
Inspect service condition
Attend site emergencies
Participate in on-call rota
Work in plantroom environments
Maintain company tools
Comply with Health Safety Environmental procedures
Complete associated tasks
