What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Completed education as an Industrial Electrician or equivalent, Minimum 1–3 years of experience in electrical troubleshooting and maintenance, Good understanding of industrial power systems, motor control, switchboards, and safety standards, Familiarity with control panels, frequency converters, and field-level electrical components, Experience using CMMS systems for maintenance planning and execution, Experience working in structured, regulated environments—ideally within GMP or similar standards, Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team
Nice to Have
Familiarity with automation systems and PLC fault tracing (e.g., Siemens S7/TIA Portal, Allen-Bradley), Basic understanding of HMI/SCADA systems and distributed control concepts, Able to communicate effectively in both Danish and English

Troubleshoot electrical faults
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance
Ensure GMP-compliant documentation
Support commissioning of new electrical installations
Identify and implement optimizations
Participate in on-call and shift rotations
