This critical role ensures optimal electrical system performance, regulatory compliance, and cost-effective maintenance delivery. ## Essential Requirements **Education & Experience** * Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (mandatory) * Minimum 10 years of hands-on electrical experience in commercial/industrial facilities **Technical Expertise (Must Have)** * Proven experience with GIS (Gas Insulated Switchgear) substation operations and maintenance * Expert knowledge in operation and maintenance of: * Transformers (66 kVA and various capacities) * DG Sets (Diesel Generator Sets) * HT/LT Panels (High Tension/Low Tension electrical panels) * Advanced proficiency in CAM (Common Area Maintenance) Energy budget management * Strong data analysis capabilities for electrical equipment energy consumption monitoring and optimization ## Key Responsibilities **Technical Operations** * Manage all electrical systems including GIS substations, transformers, DG sets, and HT/LT panels * Implement comprehensive preventive and predictive maintenance programs * Ensure 24/7 system reliability and coord
