The Electrical Technical Lead provides specialist oversight for design review and construction supervision of all electrical systems associated with data center facilities, ensuring compliance, reliability, and operational resilience. **What You’ll Be Doing:** * Lead electrical design reviews and construction supervision, including HV/LV systems, UPS, generators, power distribution, grounding, and redundancy concepts. * Review electrical drawings, specifications, calculations, and technical submissions. * Ensure compliance with international data center standards and local authority requirements. * Support site supervision activities, inspections, and testing of electrical works. * Review contractor method statements, ITPs, and commissioning plans. * Identify technical risks, constructability issues, and non-conformances. * Provide technical advice to the Project Manager and Client during construction. **What Required Skills You’ll Bring:** * Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering. * Minimum 15+ years experience in data center or mission-critical electrical systems. * Strong experience in design review and construction supervision roles. * Familiarity with Tier III / Tier IV data center concepts. * Professional Engineer status preferred. **What Desired Skills You’ll Bring** * Strong leadership and decision-making skills. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management. * Deep technical knowledge in MEP coordination. * Ability
