Due to the continued growth of our European teams, we are now looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor in Frankfurt, to manage all site elements of assigned projects for King & Moffatt, while ensuring full project deliverables are achieved. This role reports to the Project/Contracts Manager and will involve liaising daily with suppliers, Site Supervisors, Project Managers, EHSQ Advisors and Subcontractors. Main duties and responsibilities: * Ensure on-site delivery and compliance of EHSQ, Toolbox talks, RAMS, PPE etc. * Ensure all relevant permits are in place. * Map out weekly look heads and planning. * On-site coordination of plant hire, tools, and labour. * Direct and train apprentices to manage deliveries and daily checks. * Oversee and manage labour, site supervisors and subcontractors. * Execution of commissioning and closeout plan. * Ensure close out of snag lists. * Deliver on labour tracker. * Manage relevant external correspondence. * Order all day-to-day site materials. * Update appropriate information to progress report. * Maintaining K&M Document Management System. * Manage project-specific scheduling. * Communicate changes to the Project team. * Maintain project quality reporting and monitoring
