Nice to Have
Bachelor's Degree Construction Management, Electrical or Electronic Engineering, Engineering Technology or related field
What You'll Do.
Coordinate with construction manager
Drive trades to meet schedule deadlines
Ensure safe and code compliant installation of electrical equipment
Maintain subcontractor and trades worker awareness of dangers
Promote safety culture
Ensure electrical installations meet specifications and codes
Assist Manager in schedule development
Update project schedule
Coordinate electrical sub-contractors daily activities
Attend weekly work group meetings
Review and update schedule
Review RFIs and change orders
Maintain client standards and specs
Manage electrical installation with other trades
Coordinate with vendors for timely installation
Coordinate Pre-Inspection of NEC code compliance
Coordinate testing and verification of system functions
Coordinate buyoffs with authorities
Coordinate startup efforts of electrical equipment
Ensure contractor documentation is complete
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Coordinate with construction manager, engineers, and various contractors; Coordinate electrical sub-contractors field superintendent’s daily activities; Coordinate the electrical installation in association with other trades; Coordinate with the associated vendors; Supervise 20 subordinate employees
Process & Methodology
Develop overall project schedule, Periodic updating of schedule, Coordinate daily activities, Manage installation
