About the Role Allied Mechanical is looking for a hands-on Electrical Superintendent who can do it all — estimate work, run jobs from start to finish, keep crews productive and schedules on track, and still put on a tool belt when the project demands it. This isn't a desk role. You'll be a key part of how we win work and deliver it, owning the field from bid to closeout. If you're the type who takes pride in knowing every phase of a project and won't ask a crew member to do something you wouldn't do yourself, we want to hear from you. What You'll Do Bid and estimate electrical scopes of work — quantity takeoffs, labor hour builds, material pricing, and subcontractor coordination Run jobs end-to-end: manage schedules, coordinate with GCs and other trades, track labor costs, and hit milestones Keep projects moving — proactively identify delays, material shortages, or scope issues and resolve them before they become problems Lead crews in the field and pick up tools when needed — this is a working superintendent role Read and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and one-line diagrams; direct accurate field installations Enforce safety standards and OSHA compliance on all job sites; lead toolbox talks and site safety audits Manage material procurement, equipment staging, and tool logistics to keep the job moving without interruption Mentor foremen, journeyme
