For more information, visit itac.us.com. **Requirements** * Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Industrial Electrical Superintendent, with a solid understanding of industrial electrical systems. * Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. * Willingness and capability to perform hands-on electrical work as needed. * Experience in mentoring and guiding Foremen, Journeymen, and Apprentices to support workforce development. * Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and blueprints; able to assist in project planning and ordering material. * Familiarity and working experience with Procore or similar construction management software. **Salary:** $100,000 to $115,000 yearly.
