About the Role Allied Mechanical is looking for a hands-on Electrical Superintendent who can do it all — estimate work, run jobs from start to finish, keep crews productive and schedules on track, and still put on a tool belt when the project demands it. This isn't a desk role. You'll be a key part of how we win work and deliver it, owning the field from bid to closeout. If you're the type who takes pride in knowing every phase of a project and won't ask a crew member to do something you wouldn't do yourself, we want to hear from you. What You'll Do Bid and estimate electrical scopes of work — quantity takeoffs, labor hour builds, material pricing, and subcontractor coordination Run jobs end-to-end: manage schedules, coordinate with GCs and other trades, track labor costs, and hit milestones Keep projects moving — proactively identify
